Responsibility

AS Made in Italy doesn’t assume any responsibility for disservices caused by superior forces that prevent, in full o in part, from execution of agreement in selling in fixed dates. AS Made in Italy is not responsible in any way for damage, suffered loss and financial loss caused by impossibility of execution of agreement in selling because of these reasons. A client has a right to get compensation of correspond price.  

Customer’s obligations

A customer is strictly prohibited to enter  false or invented information during the registration procedure; personal details and e-mail address must be true and must purely belong to the customer  but not to strange people. The contract will be concluded according to positions of the article number 1326 of the civil code at the moment when the company AS Made in Italy sends to a client the confirmation of an order by email verifying availability of a product.

PRIVACY

We undertake the obligation to protect the privacy of every person who contacts us and the privacy of every our client, all personal information that our clients give us is considered confidential. We use the received information purely to guarantee the best way of proceeding of your order. We use your personal information only if you authorize us to do it. We are trying to do everything to make the acquisition with us a pleasant experience for our customers so some personal information could be used to improve and personalize our website. All information will be treated according to the article 196/2003.

Information about products

All our products are new, taxable and guaranteed. Photographs presenting our products are not a part of the contractual area and in no case they can be considered as a responsibility of AS Made in Italy.

Prices

The selling-prices indicated on our website are expressed in euro (€) and include VAT. The exposed price is the same one that you will find on a cheque and in your invoice.

Availability

Orders of clients will be satisfied within the range of quantity of available products. In case of unavailability of an ordered product AS Made in Italy undertakes the obligation to contact a client by e-mail to inform him/her about how much time is required to get the ordered product delivered. The availabilities indicated on the website are approximate and in no case they present a contractual obligation. Offers depend on quantity of participating products and/or on the date of the offer’s termination, the offer is finished when one of these conditions terminates.

Period of execution

Dates of execution of orders vary against the chosen way of payment, the article you are buying. On this point you will find all detailed information about sending and available options on the own page of the product. In case of delay we ask you a favour to contact us as far as our staff is always at your service and we are always ready to help you to solve any eventual transportation problem.

Guarantee

All products commercialized by AS Made in Italy are covered with the conventional producer’s guarantee. The guarantee lasts for the period fixed by the laws functioning in Italy (for defects of conformity). To take advantage of the guarantee a client should conserve the invoice (o delivery document) that will be sent with his/her purchase.

Right to refuse

A customer has a right to rip up the contract within 14 days without indicating the reason. The period of the opportunity to return a product expires 14 days after the moment when a customer or a third party, different from the carrier, gets the physical possession of goods. To put into practice the right to refuse a customer is asked to inform us about his/her decision to rip up the present contract by means of explicit declaration that should be sent in one of the following ways:

Reimbursement will be effectuated in the same way of payment that was used to do initial transaction. Anyway a customer will get full reimbursement of original price of a product without having to pay any consequence of this reimbursement. Sending costs remain a customer’s charges. Reimbursement can’t be effectuated until we receive returned goods or until we get a customer’s demonstration of resending  us the goods.
